Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery in 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Each pillowcase is personally inspected before shipping to ensure it leaves in excellent condition. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery timing and handling are managed by the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@bowroo.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
